● Eric Gompper

I am from San Diego, California and arrived in Hangzhou in May of last year. I received my Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from Cal State San Marcos and took my teacher training at UCSD.  In my spare time I love to take photographs of the city and hike around the West Lake area. I am excited to be here for the spring period!

我来自美国加利福尼亚州的圣地亚哥，去年五月我来到了杭州。我在加州州立大学圣马科斯分校取得了视觉艺术学士学位并在加利福尼亚大学圣地亚哥分校通过了教师专业培训。在业余时间里，我喜欢给这个城市拍照、徒步游览西湖风景区。

● Ian Muff

I am from Deep River, ON, Canada. I taught as a classroom teacher for two years at Manarat School, in Salmiya, Kuwait. I taught English, Math, Science, Social Studies and Health. This is my first time in China, and I feel happy to be here!

我来自加拿大安大略省的深河市。我曾经在科威特Salmiya的一所学校工作了两年。在那里我教英语、数学、科学、社会、健康。这是我第一次来中国，我感到非常高兴！

● Trisha Coffee

My name is Trisha Coffee and I am from Minnesota, which is located in the northern region of the United States. I was born in Nebraska, but have lived in Minnesota for the past 24 years. I teach World History and Geography at Minnetonka High School. Along with teaching, I coach girls’ basketball and track. In my free time I enjoy running, biking and spending time with my family, especially my two nephews, Ben and Sawyer. I have one older sister, two younger sisters and one younger brother. My siblings, along with my parents, live in Minnesota. This is my first time in China, and I am delighted to be here.

我的名字叫Trisha Coffee，来自美国北部的明尼苏达州。我出生在内布拉斯加州，但是过去24年里都在明尼苏达度过。我在明尼汤卡高中教世界历史和地理，同时也是女子篮球和田径队的教练员。在我空闲时，我喜欢跑步、骑自行车、以及和家人待在一起，特别是我的两个侄子Ben和Sawyer。我有一个姐姐、两个妹妹和一个弟弟。他们和我父母同住在明尼苏达。这是我第一次来到中国，我也很高兴来到这里。

● Jennifer Nelson

Home for me is in Minnesota, where I teach high school English.  I love to read, write, ski, practice yoga, and run with Matt (my boyfriend) and Vilas (our dog).  This is my first visit to China, and I feel fortunate to live in Hangzhou.  The people are so hospitable, West Lake is beautiful, and milk tea is the most delicious drink I’ve ever had.

明尼苏达是我的家乡，我在那里教高中英语。我爱读书、写作、滑雪、瑜伽以及和我的男友Matt一起和我们的狗Vilas跑步。这是我第一次来到中国，我也觉得十分幸运来到了杭州这个城市。这里的人们都很好客，西湖很美，奶茶是我喝过的最美味的饮品。

● Sabrina Harvey

My name is Sabrina Harvey, and I am very happy to be teaching here in Hangzhou! In 2008, I taught at a summer English camp here at HFLS, and I couldn't wait to come back.

I am an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher from Minnetonka, Minnesota. I love teaching English and learning about other languages and cultures, and I hope to improve my Chinese skills while I am here.

I live with my husband, Frank, and I have two daughters, Danica and Lauren, who attend university. I enjoy many outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and golf, and I love good food and good books.

我的名字叫Sabrina Harvey，我很高兴能在这里教书！在2008年我曾在杭外暑假英语村任教，所以我迫不及待地又回到了这里。我是一个来自明尼汤卡的ESL（英语作为第二语言）老师。我爱英语教学以及学习各种其他语言和文化。在中国的日子里，我也希望提升我的中文水平。我和我的丈夫Frank一起生活，有两个正在上大学的女儿，Danica和Lauren。我喜欢很多户外运动，比如远足、自行车、高尔夫；我也喜欢品尝美食和阅读好书。
