杭外的英语教学一直都是最有特色的——这句话说得一点也不错——特别是配音的学习方式，更是激发了同学们学习英语的兴趣。就在今年的外文节——我们初一同学度过的第一个外文节中，就有一项趣味盎然的比赛——配音比赛。

每一个英语小班推荐两组配音小组，于是初一年级的同学们在5月23日上午欣赏到了来自不同班级的16个配音小组的精彩表演。配音的内容也是大相径庭，有的是可爱有趣的动画片，比如《卑鄙的我》、《里约大冒险》，有的是成熟大气的电影片段，比如说《饥饿游戏》、《指环王》，还有一些则是专走搞笑卖萌路线，比如说《生活大爆炸》。这可让台下的观众大饱眼福。

在这个春意融融的早晨，初一年级的同学们相聚在这里共同见证了一场盛大的演出。台下的观众始终都聚精会神，不仅仅是为了精彩的电影片段，更是为了观看精彩纷呈的比赛过程。比赛的同学们显然是经过精心准备，这会儿使出了浑身解数：变化语调多端，只为表演得更像原声；各种道具轮番出场，音效与原电影片段几乎一模一样；还有一些有歌唱部分的，声线美得让全场叫好……

每一组都献上了精彩绝伦的表演，他们都有一个共同特点——发音标准。配音真的是锻炼同学们英语水平的很好的方法呢，极大地激发了同学们的兴趣；观众们也陶醉在这场盛大的演出中，直到所有小组都展示完还意犹未尽地回味着这个有趣的时刻。

这个外文节真是别样有意义。

以下为部分获奖学生感想：

We were all excited when we got the first prize in the dubbing competition. We were also very surprised because we didn’t have much time to practice. All of us spent a lot of time on the other things during the days of English Festival. But we tried our best. We listened to the video clip all of the free time. And we practiced again and again before the competition. So we were also surprised about the prize.

However, there were some regrets in the dubbing contest. First, we have chosen the wrong part of the movie. We’ve spent too much time in choosing a better one. Second, we didn’t have a good plan for what we were doing at that time. For example, we’ve got lots of things to do such as practicing the presentation on the Drama Night, making the micro movie and so on. They were both very important and time consuming. We did not make a good balance between them.

In the end, we made it. All the hard work has been paid off. We not only have dubbed the dubbing very well, but also have made a great micro movie as well. We have learned something meaningful and precious from these experiences even in a very difficult situation. Good work for us!

We were surprised and so proud that we got a really good result in the Dubbing Show last Friday. First, we want to say thank you to our respectful English teacher, Miss Lv. Thank her for great teaching and directing. Then, we want to say thank you to each other, because everyone worked hard and spent a lot of time preparing for it. And we also want to say thank you to our school for giving us this opportunity to show our English.

For all the students, winning isn’t the aim for the competition. But it’s a great chance to practice our oral English. And it’s also a good way to promote our friendship.

At last, thanks again to all the teachers and our classmates, who took part in the Dubbing Show. I hope the English Festival next year will be better! !
